HRMS Implementation Lead - End-to-End Deployments

Darwinbox is looking for an experienced professional in Manila to lead the end-to-end implementation of its HCM solutions, managing projects from initiation to go-live and support. The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of HRMS/SaaS implementation experience, specifically with platforms like Darwinbox, Workday, or Oracle Fusion.

This role involves planning, configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management and knowledge of HR processes are essential.

Additional qualifications include familiarity with tools such as JIRA and SQL, with PMP or Agile certifications being a plus.
