HRIS Training Specialist: AI-Driven Learning & Adoption

White & Case LLP in Manila seeks an Analyst, HRIS Training to drive adoption of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD across the People Function. The role leads design, delivery and ongoing improvement of training using AI-enabled content, LMS, instructor-led sessions and blended modalities.

You will partner with Global Process Owners, HRIS Operations and HR Shared Services to translate system changes into effective learning solutions, building readiness and performance support for a global workforce.
