Job Description
SHN has an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Specialist to support the day-to‑day administration, security, and operational excellence of the organization's HR systems while contributing to the future optimization of HR technology.
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the coordination, administration, maintenance, and monitoring of the Human Resources Information System (Workday). This role ensures the security, integrity, accuracy, and availability of HR data while managing system configuration, security access, business processes, integrations, and reporting. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational stakeholders, the HRIS Specialist will support the reliable day‑to‑day operation of Workday and related systems, including workforce scheduling solutions.
