Key Responsibilities
- Program / Project Management and Coordination : Oversee the entire HRIS design, implementation and rollout process, ensuring that all project phases are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing program plans, project plans, timelines, and resources in a matrix organization effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, local teams and other departments to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
- System Configuration and Testing : Lead the configuration of the HRIS to meet the specific needs of the organisation. Oversee testing phases to ensure the system functions correctly and meets all business requirements.
