HRIS Lead (Workday Business Analyst)

The Workday Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday system. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity and functional reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Assist in the deployment of Workday modules, ensuring configurations align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance on maintaining security roles and permissions.
  • Perform User Acceptance Tests based on technical documentation and coordinate results between developers and business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build and maintain integrations with other systems (e.g., Finance, IT, Payroll and HRIS).
