Overview
The HRIS Data Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of Workday reporting solutions and related data assets. This role ensures that reports are accurate, secure, and compliant with organizational standards while supporting data governance initiatives across HR and other business functions. The position requires technical expertise in Workday reporting tools and a strong understanding of data management and privacy practices. Day‑to‑day reporting decisions are largely made independently, with consultation as needed for complex or sensitive scenarios.
