Reporting to the HR Program Director, the HRIS Core HR Functional Lead will design, implement, and govern Core HR processes and data structures within the global HRIS ecosystem, ensuring consistency, scalability, and data integrity across the organization.

- Define, develop, and manage the CoreHR / Employee Central data model and configuration , ensuring alignment with the global project roadmap (build & run phases).
