Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal expert of our Workday ERP system.
- Manage configurations for the system.
- Assist in implementation of Workday modules.
- Improve system processes and maintain audits of production environment.
- Support Change Management policies.
- Perform Level 2 support on application.
- Provide backup support for HRIS Manager.
- Ensure processes meet business requirements.
- Support Workday security and user permissions.
- Schedule maintenance and coordinate software updates.
- Work with SMEs to leverage Workday for business goals.
