The HRIS analyst is in charge of maintaining the system, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on HRIS data. The analyst often serves as the subject‑matter expert for the system used throughout the organization.

- Serve as the internal expert for our Workday ERP system with a specific area of expertise.
- Maintain and update the configurations for this enterprise-wide system.
