About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong HRIS experience , Configuration experience UKG e Time / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) , and the ability to support multi-country deployments across Latin America.
Requirements
Must to have:
Proven hands-on configuration experience with UKG e Time / UKG Pro WFM , the most important configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting multi-country HRIS implementations or deployments.
Strong ability to work with regional stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.
Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.
Bilingual skills required (English Advanced C1 & Spanish).
