Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience across various HR functions, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
