Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people‑centric HR Business Partner to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will support the People Operations Director and act as the first point of contact for HR matters.
As the nucleus of the office, you will be the go‑to person for any People and Admin needs, working closely with the headquarters, Regional GM and Regional team leaders to support business plans, achieve employee satisfaction and ensure the regional office operates in full alignment and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full‑spectrum HR support with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, and relocation support, ensuring alignment with global standards and culture.
