Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing footprint. As part of a high‑impact HRBP team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and other HR COEs to drive business‑aligned people strategy. This role focuses on driving people strategies, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring effective HR service delivery across assigned business units. This is an Individual Contributor role and you will report to the Senior Process Manager.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into HR initiatives, serving as a bridge between employees and management.
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals and feedback.
