As the HR Business Partner Specialist, you collaborate with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention. You will also contribute to initiatives that improve overall organizational effectiveness and directly support the transformation of energy for a better world while working closely with APC Human Resources to deliver results and create positive community impact.
