Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing HR support and guidance on people-related matters.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and recommend HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage employee movements, including promotions, transfers, rotations, and organizational changes, while ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and follow up on HR initiatives and processes with relevant HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
