Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the overseas regional business team, supporting local organizational development and personnel growth.
- Drive the implementation of HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations—in alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between the China headquarters and the local overseas team.
- Support the execution and optimization of regional HR processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Contribute to local team management and assist in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
