Job Overview
The HRBP Manager will work with and support the Senior Director, Human Resources, Asia as the strategic people partner to the business for the Philippines Market Unit and Asia. The HRBP Manager will be a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders and employees on HR matters and deliver on the people agenda through partnership with the HR COEs. The HRBP Manager will be a valued member of the Asia HRBP team to shape a high-performance culture, foster engagement and build talents.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Business Partnership
- Develop a good understanding of the business and partner business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with business imperatives, regional and global priorities, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Be a trusted advisor, main local HR expert, people-thought partner, and coach to business leaders and employees to enhance employee engagement and drive performance.
