As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner Manager supports the alignment of business objectives with his
team.
It serves as a consultant to management to Human Resources related strategies, plans and respective HR
issues and will act as champion and change agent.
Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs proactively with
our HR department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
