The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Participate in hands-on training across core HR functions
- Align and implement HR strategies with company goals
- Lead recruitment campaigns, streamline training systems, and support HR compliance
- Manage and optimize HR processes: recruitment, training, and internal control
- Develop diverse talent pipelines using job sites, social media, and campus recruitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment partners
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic HR decisions
- Support onboarding and talent retention initiatives
- Assist with interview coordination, follow-ups, and candidate evaluations
