Recruitment & Consignment Hiring
Facilitates and manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, with a primary focus on hiring store personnel. Conducts initial screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the selection of high-caliber candidates who align with company standards and partner requirements.
Oversees all personnel movements
Including regular staff and consignment sales associates—transfer and separation to update other concerned departments through our NOEM (Notice of Employee Movement).
HR & Employee Relations
- Processes and prepares a variety of human resources forms and documents, including memos, notices, and disciplinary letters.
- Attends to employee's internal issues and concerns, providing coaching and counseling as needed to foster a positive work environment.
