HR Transformation & Emiratization Director

Client of Aventus Global Talent in Abu Dhabi is searching for an HR Director to provide strategic leadership across Human Resources and Administration functions for over 10,000 employees. You will drive HR transformation, implement Emiratization initiatives, and manage government relations while ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, proficiency in government relations, and a Bachelor's degree. Experience in a construction or large head-count business is required, with applicants needed to be from the UAE.
