Job Responsibilities
- 1-2 years relevant experience in conducting, coordinating and documenting training programs.
- Plans, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using a variety of instructional techniques and learning methodologies for new hires, promotions, and existing employees.
- Conducting new hire orientation sessions and coordinating other onboarding initiatives.
- Offering specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Obtaining, organizing and developing training manuals, guides, or course materials.
- Background on doing training plans and training calendar is an advantage.
- Background on ISO documentation is an advantage.
