Your tasks
At SanLucar we value modern personnel and training concepts to support our employees in every way and to make our company attractive for young talents. As a trainee in the Human Resources department, you will support our team in the area of training and development of our talents, performing functions such as managing external and internal training, updating information in our internal systems, reviewing training invoices, participating in the organisation of onboarding of new employees, organising training tours and trips and supporting the team in other tasks or projects within the training and development area.
