Job Requirements
- Graduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4 year course.
- At least 3 years experience in Training & Development
- Must have Leadership Competency Skills (Determination in Achieving goal and decision making)
Responsibilities
- Administers, collects and analyzes training needs of employees. Reports consolidated TNA with immediate superior
- Provides support in designing and development of training materials, programs, schedules and training room improvement
- Organizes logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation, to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
- Coordinates with appropriate HRD sub-team related to the Training Evaluation result, consolidates and initially analyzes it then reports to immediate superior
