HR Training Coordinator

The Opportunity:

The Training Coordinator plays a key role identifying and developing training programs for staff in a highly automated meat manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for creating, delivering, monitoring, and improving training programs. The programs need to support employee safety, knowledge and proper use of equipment, quality and food safety education, and improving production and efficiency. This role further supports the Plant by ensuring training records are meeting company compliance requirements internally and externally in a highly regulated work environment.
