Responsibilities
- LMS Administration: Manage the end-to-end configuration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Program Coordination: Handle the logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions (calendar invites, venue booking, materials preparation, and facilitator scheduling).
- Data & Analytics: Generate reports on training completion rates, assessment scores, and learner feedback. Use this data to provide insights on program effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external training providers and software vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure all mandatory and regulatory training is assigned and completed within required timeframes to maintain company compliance.
