Responsibilities

  • Accurate encoding of Vacation Leave and Sick Leave availed of members and ensure that they receive copies together with their available credit returned immediately.
  • Ensure that all leave forms are properly tagged and filed accordingly.
  • Ensure that payhold forms of resigned/separated members are executed on time.
  • Accurate encoding /enrollment at Ledger+ of newly hired members.
  • Review and check all generated DTRs/Logsheets of members at every cut-off and ensure that it is processed and submitted to CF Payroll on time.
  • Ensure that the monthly summary of tardiness and AWOL report.
  • and other administrative tasks to be assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
