This role is responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate redundant approval and process steps. The role should also focus on bringing new innovative solutions and methods to deliver an engaged and efficient Employee Experience. Creating new opportunities for process efficiencies and self‑service options is another key expectation, along with alignment with Rules & Regulations.
Key Deliverables- Effective and efficiency analysis of requirements, processes and impact assessment
- Business case preparation in coordination with Group HR functions
