HR Tech Solutions Specialist (Hybrid/Client Support)

Distro is looking for an experienced Client Solutions Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will act as a key technical and customer service resource, supporting various HR platforms. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR systems, training clients, and maintaining communication with internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience and be proficient in HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems. The position offers a hybrid work model after 3 months, allowing flexibility in your work schedule.
