HR Team Lead (L&D)

Location: Bio Polis (Near Buona Vista MRT)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $4200 + PB

2 year contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

• Oversee the operational and administrative matters for Learning & Development team in accordance with prescribed policy, standing operating procedures and customers’ expectations.
• End‑to‑end management of courses such as registration, confirmation, cancellation, postponement, replacement.
• Procurement process for training related purchases.
• Source customized learning solutions with training provider.
• Ensure accuracy and timely update of training records and other data.
• Proper management of employees training requests and HR Training mailbox enquiries.
