• Talent Management and Employee Engagement
• Support high-potential (HiPo) and/or Successor refresh processes (e.g. data collation, scheduling, communications).
• Coordinate talent engagement activities for HiPos and/or Successors (e.g. Tea Sessions, Board Luncheons, Mentoring).
• Assist in the logistics/admin for in-house HiPo/leadership training programmes (e.g. HealthTech Associate Programme, Leadership Learning Series, HealthTech Ignite Programme).
• Support the implementation of the Employee Engagement Survey (EES), including data preparation and communications.
