Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR technology system configurations and integrations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
- Provide guidance and supervision to HRTS team members on HCM system implementation and maintenance (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow).
- Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery under pressure.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HRTS team, setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to strengthen system knowledge, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor laws, and data security standards.
