About the Role

Reporting to the Global Experience Owner (GEO) Lead for Workforce Enablement, we are looking for an HR System Change Governance Specialist to be responsible for the governance and coordination of HR change requests.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your current skill set within H2R, gain exposure to HR systems and change activities, and realise personal growth opportunities whilst supporting critical AIP deliverables for BHP.

Responsibilities

• Governance of HR system change requests including Pre‑Approved Change Requests (PACR) and Demand Requests which consists of system changes such as enhancements, legal updates and technical upgrades (HR SAP Notes/Support Packs).
• Verification of business requirements for HR change requests and coordinating submissions to the Technology team.
