Responsibilities

• Provide HR services to Airbus employees and managers in partnership with the business.
• Advise the business on all people‑related matters.
• Drive the execution of business HR plans and support the release and interpretation of HR metrics and reports to management.
• Apply HR policies, E&C standards and national labor regulations toward management.
• Ensure coherency and harmonization in the implementation of compensation, benefits, training and recruitment policies in coordination with management and according to business objectives.
• Support and encourage the development of all employees.
