Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HR operations team and ensure timely execution of HR tasks.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
- Coordinate payroll data with the finance department.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits.
- Handle employee queries and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
