Overview
The HRA Staff main function is to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Human Resources and Admin office specifically on:
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management
- End to End Recruitment
- Front Desk/Reception
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any Business Related Courses
- At least 1 year experience in processing Payroll, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and other government mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in handling Administrative/Front Desk Tasks and Recruitment
- Experience in creating/conceptualization of employee activities, Job Fairs, Caravans, School Coordination, Social Media Job Postings and other recruitment tools an advantage
- Experience in handling employee discipline and familiarity in DOLE rulings and reportorial a definite PLUS
