Fügelmän Services Providers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Staff to join our team in Alabang. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities and provide administrative assistance, ensuring efficient hiring processes and smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records, including 201 files and HR database
- Ensure all employee documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Monitor and track employee requirements (contracts, IDs, Government numbers, etc.)
- Handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
