Ensuring continuous organizational improvement and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. These include processes and systems related to performance management, talent management, job re-design, employee wellness and skills development. Collaborates with different departments that need assistance in analyzing departmental challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on all activities in relation to the reason for existence of the position.
- Communicate with the department heads about development concepts and processes as well as promote organizational development by designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that increase the productivity while using the company resources.
- Develop organizational assessment procedures, interpret results, and prepare recommendations and action plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness within human resources program.
