Role Overview
This is a senior, blended “player-coach” role responsible for driving operational excellence, transformation, and scalable HR service delivery across the APAC region, while directly leading and developing a team of HR associates.
What You Will Do
Own regional execution of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, contingent worker operations, and related Workday transactions. Lead global processes such as business continuity activities, service awards, global holiday calendar administration, and HR audit / governance requirements.
