Job Scope
The Specialist‑HR is accountable for implementing effective people strategies through close coordination with employees, line managers and key stakeholders. S/He acts as a point of reference on all HR functional and operational areas.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance to all employees on HR functional areas including administration, onboarding and employee relations among others
- Tackle HR related matters and tasks in compliance with labor law
- Cover all the onboarding and offboarding cycle
- Update periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions in coordination with the HRM
- Update and monitor HR policies and SOPs, procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments
