Job Description

• We are looking for an Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to join our team. As an Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for employees with queries on various HR-related matters
• Responsibilities:
• Assisting with global employee relations case management organization, including responding to general employee and manager inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee data by managing HR systems and processes
• Assist with programs to ensure smooth operation and a positive employee experience.
• Ensuring application of company policies and procedures in a consistent and equitable manner.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services. Preferably with US client.
