HR Shared Services Specialist - Onboarding & Payroll

Thales is hiring an HR Shared Services Administrator in Mexico to deliver first-line support to employees, HR, managers and vendors on benefits, payroll, policies, leave, procedures, training, HR systems and onboarding.

You will manage case work, onboarding tasks, HRIS data integrity, payroll processes and training records, ensuring SLA adherence and timely responses in a collaborative, multinational environment.
