Position Overview

The HR Services Administrator – EULA will serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries across LATAM, supporting both employees and managers while collaborating closely with UK HR Services. The role focuses on ensuring accurate HR data, compliant processes, and a smooth employee lifecycle experience for stakeholders in the region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via Ask HR (ServiceNow), accurately classifying, triaging, and routing cases to the appropriate HR teams.
• Handle more complex HR operational queries (Level2) and, when necessary, escalates to HR Business Partners or specialist teams.
