HR Service Center Specialist: Contracts, Data & Advisory

Jobtailor in Zürich seeks an HR Administrator to provide first-level HR support and handle administrative topics from entry to exit, including labour law questions. You will work closely with line managers and employees to ensure accurate, timely advice and smooth processes.

You will independently update and maintain personnel master data in SuccessFactors, prepare contracts, confirmations, and employment references, and support HR-related matters across the organization.
