The J&F business is in growth mode and is looking for a people-first, strategic business partner and advisor to recommend and implement strategic HR initiatives and process improvements to drive organizational performance and employee engagement in a sustainable manner to support the long-term strategy and the development of teams. The business today generates more than $6B PHP or $110M USD in revenue, with beloved brands like Bossing, Yummy, and Pinoy as well as 500+ members in the organization. J&F has a strong presence in general trade with a growth trajectory in modern trade. J&F Foods is a joint venture between Johnsonville, LLC (majority) and Frabelle Fishing Corporation.
