Role Overview
The HR Representative 3 will support global Business-as-Usual (BAU) preboarding activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within defined SLAs from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness. This role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and central to how employees experience HR globally.
What You Will Do
The HR Representative 3 will execute preboarding processes for new hires, review and validate preboarding transactions, manage ServiceNow tickets, and ensure knowledge base articles are reviewed and kept up to date.
