Responsibilities

• Support global Business-as-Usual (BAU) preboarding activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within defined SLAs from offer acceptance through Day‑1 readiness.
• Execute preboarding processes for new hires, following established procedures and maintaining data accuracy across HR systems.
• Assist with preboarding for senior‑level and high‑volume hiring, ensuring required steps and documentation are completed on time.
• Review and validate preboarding transactions such as start‑date updates, employee data changes, and onboarding requirements to maintain data quality.
• Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets related to preboarding inquiries and requests, and keep knowledge‑base articles (KBAs) up to date.
