Overview

Job Description: Human resource specialist is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. This highly skilled and often highly educated HR professional possesses knowledge of employment and labor law, have deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.

• Partnering with hiring managers/supervisors to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• New hire recruitment should be completed within one week before the training starts
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
