Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms and conducts an initial interview of prospective candidates for job vacancies.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the final interview.
- Advertise job openings on the company page, social media, and other job boards.
- Send examination links and application forms to qualified applicants and conducts background checks as part of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the Hiring Managers for Job Description and KRA as part of the attachment of the Job Offer.
- Negotiate with the applicants considered for the job opening.
Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably HRM/Psychology/equivalent
- With at least 6 months to 1-year end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience from Recruitment firms or agencies is an advantage
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays (Day-shift)
