HR Recruiter - Production Staffing Onsite 1st Shift

Microchip Technology Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an HR professional to support staffing and HR operations for our production population. You will help grow our recruiting efforts, conduct HR interviews, coordinate preemployment requirements, and manage onboarding tasks.

The role is 1st shift, onsite, with an 8am-5pm schedule. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business and 1+ year of HR experience are required; Workday experience is a plus and strong communication and customer-service skills
